The trip to Berlin was 10 hours on a coach. Lets just say I am now a pro at sleeping in weird positions on a coach…
Our hostel was, again, miles out. I think it took us an hour and a half to walk into Alexanderplatz each day! Lets just say, my legs are a lot more toned than they were pre holiday!
We didn’t really do much, went to the Neues Museum to see Neffertiti and all the awesome Egyptian stuff, but mostly, we were trying to conserve money and find a supermarket. So I’m just gonna add loads of pictures 🙂
One really fun day was when we went to Schloss Charlottenberg. I mean, we couldn’t afford to go in, so we wandered around the beautiful gardens, trying to avoid getting soaked, and looked as the stunning building.
I even found my future house plan 😉
But by far the best view of the palace, was from a bridge, as the end of the lake
Anna and I just make it better :p
Only Cologne to go now!

Indeed, Berlin has its beautiful and not-so beautiful corners: If you’re interested in Cologne, here are my favorite things to do and see 🙂 http://traveluxblog.com/2015/07/23/cologne-top-things-to-do-and-see/
